The first round of 2012 Alpe Adria Cup was held this weekend in Stari Grad, Croatia. Previously injured, young Austrian and multiple world champion, Kevin Reiterer, decided to race after another meeting with his doctor. As the defending champion in all Pro classes Kevin had high expectations.
Injury obviously did not slow Kevin down, as he won 6 out of 6 motos, showing he still is in his top form! "After a long time finally a motivation booster, not only that I could win every race but, rather, that I could ride without pain and had a lot of fun and an amazing time while racing! My knee is now a little swollen, as wave action increased on Saturday, but the break in the next few days should calm it down and give him a rest before the coming weekend.", said the top athlete. Kevin Reiterer will be back in action next weekend.
We will have full Alpe Adria Cup results shortly.
